How to Change Address Information in myWCU


In this topic, you will learn how to edit all address data in myWCU.


Steps:

  1. Once a student logs into myWCU, they should find the Useful Links section.

     

    Click Change my address.

  2. All students will have a home address listed:

     

    Students can click to edit their home address

     

    Students will not have access to delete their home address.

  3. To edit your home address:

     

    Click edit.

  4. Edit your home address information

     

    If you are unsure of the State abbreviation or County code, click the magnifying glass to search.

     

    When all the information has been updated, click OK.

  5. Verify the information is correct.

     

    Click Save.

  7. The home address has been updated.

  8. To add a new address:

     

    Students can click the Add a New Address button to add their local address.

  9. Click in the Address 1: field.

  10. Enter your street address.   Be sure to enter all information in the address fields, including an apartment number.

     

     

    In this example, enter "123 South New Street".

  11. Click in the City: field.

    In this example, enter "West Chester".

    Step 13
  14. Enter your State.   

     

    If you are unsure of the abbreviation, use the magnifying glass to search.

     

    In this example, enter "PA".

  16. Enter your Zip Code.  

     

    In this example, enter "19380".

  17. You MUST include the County code. 

     

    Use the magnifying glass to select the correct County code

  18. The code for West Chester, PA is:  15 Chester County; Click  15.

  20. Verify all address information is correct.

     

    Students will need to designate the address type before clicking save.

     

    In this example, select Local.

    Once both a home and local address exist, students can edit either.   

     

    You can choose to delete your Local address but you will not have access to delete your Home address.

  24. To delete a local address:

     

    Click the delete button.
