Reviewing the Status of a Request


In this topic, you will learn how to view the status of a grade change request for a student.


  1. Click the Main Menu

  2. Click Manage Student Records

  3. Click Student Career

  4. Click View WCU Workflows

    Step 4
  5. Click Select WorkFlow

  6. Click Change Grade Workflow

    Step 6
  7. Enter the course information and click Filter.

  8. The search will produce results for the requested information.


    Students are notified of approved and completed grade change requests via email.


    If a request has been denied by an approver, the submitting faculty will receive an email notification.  It then becomes the faculty member's responsibility to communicate the denied request to the student.

  9. Workflow Status:  Shows whether a request has been approved, denied, or is still pending.


    Grade Change Status:  Grade change requests are processed on a weekly basis.  Grade changes are not officially recorded until processed by the Registrar's Office.

  10. Click View Workflow.
