Graduation Applicant Report


In this topic, you will learn how to run a Graduation Applicant Report for a Department.


Steps:

  1. Click Main Menu

  2. Click Manage Student Records

  3. Click Department Reports

  4. Click WCU Graduation Applicants-Dept

    Step 4
  5. If you have a Run Control ID enter it here and click Search

    Step 5
  6. If you are running a report for the first time, click Add a New Value to create a run control ID.

  7. Run Control ID:   Enter a name for your run control.   It can be your initials, the report name, the term, etc., but do not include any spaces

     

    Then click Add.

  8. Enter the term.   If you don't know the term, click the magnifying glass to perform a search.

  9. Select the Term

  10. Select the Career - Graduate or Undergraduate

  11. In this example, we'll select Undergraduate.

  12. We recommend running the report by Plan Code rather than Department.   If you run the report by department, make sure the plan code field is BLANK.

     

    Use the plan code option OR the department drop down box. 

     

    Do not use both for one report request.  You will get no results.

  13. Remember, if you enter a Plan Code in this fieldmake sure the Department field is blank.  

     

    In this example, enter Plan Code Q017.

  14. Leave the Since Date field BLANK to get all applicants.

  15. Select Applied for Graduation from the drop down menu.

  16. Click Run.

  17. This page will allow you to have the report emailed to your WCU email account.

     

    Select EMAIL for Type - and - CSV for Format

     

    Then click OK.

  18. The report will come to your WCU email account.

  19. The document will be in an Excel spreadsheet.

     

    1.  Save it (give it a name) for your file.

    2.  Enter "Yes" or "No" in the column provided.

    3.  Enter comments in the column provided.

    4.  Save it and send it back via email to your graduation contact in the Registrar's office.
