Show Class Section by Department

In this topic, you will learn how to run the Inquiry Report:  WCU - Show Class Sect by Dept.


Steps:

  1. Click Main Menu

  2. Click Manage Student Records

  3. Click Class Information

    Step 3
  4. Click WCU Show Class Sect by Dept

  5. Enter the Term.  

     

    If you are unsure of the term, click the magnifying glass to perform a search.

  6. Click the Look Up button.

    Step 6
  7. In this example, select 2012 Spring.

  8. Enter the Academic Organization

     

    In this example, we'll enter CSC (Computer Science).

  9. Click the Search button.

  10. Click the Get Classes button.

  11. Here is the detail you receive after clicking "Get Classes"

  12. This is the page you will use once all of your classes have been "rolled" to the new term.  You can then print this screen and mark any changes you would like to make to the class schedule.
