Adding a Class


In this topic, you will learn how to Add a Class.


Steps:

  1. Click Main Menu 

    Step 1
  2. Click Manage Student Records

    Step 2
  3. Click Enroll Students 

    Step 3
  4. Click Enrollment Request

    Step 4
  5. Enter the Student's ID number.   In this example, we'll enter 0712345.

    Step 5
  6. Enter the Term.  In this example, we'll use Spring 2012.   Enter 2121.

  7. Click the Add button.

    Step 7
  8. Select Enroll as the Action.

    Step 8
  9. Enter the Class Number.  In this example, we'll enter  3709.

  10. Press Tab to see the class.

    Step 10
  11. The class information is populated on the screen.

  12. OR

     

    You can enter the Subject/Number/Section

     

    In this example, we'll enter ACC20102.

  13. Press Tab to see the class.

  14. The information is populated on the page.

  15. Click the Submit button.

  16. You should get a status of "Success".
