Meetings Tab


In this topic, you will learn how to use the Meetings Tab.


  1. Click the Meetings tab.

  2. Define Class Meeting Patterns


    The room number will be interfaced from 25Live.  You do NOT enter room information.

  3. Click the Pat magnifying glass to search and select a meeting pattern.

  4. Click the Look Up button.

  5. Make your selection.  


    In this example, we'll select Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

  6. Enter a start time (e.g. 9A for 9:00AM).   You must designate AM or PM.


    In this example, we'll enter 9A.

  7. Press [Tab].

  8. A standard end time will populate.  


    You may change the end time by overwriting in the box.

  9. Add a Free Form Text Course Topic


    If you need to add a  Free Format text Course Topic, use the magnifying glass to select your topic.

  10. Designate faculty assignment ID #


    If the ID is unknown, click the magnifying glass to look up by name.

  11. Enter the last name


    In this example, we'll enter FABREY.

  12. Click the Look Up button.

  13. Click the Fabrey, James D. link.

  14. Click the Access list.

  15. Set Access to  Approve.

  16. Click the Workload tab.

  17. Confirm and/or edit the Workload information.

  18. Click the Assignment tab to return.

  19. Select Room Characteristics


    Click the magnifying glass to Look up Room Characteristic.

  20. Make your selection.   In this example, we'll select  Computer Lab - PCs.
