Register and Pay with Credit Card

In this tutorial, you will learn how to register for a WCU Parking Permit and make a Credit Card payment.


The process in this tutorial applies to Faculty, Staff and Students.


  1. Enter your WCU username.   


    The same one you use for email and to access the campus network.

  4. Click the Log In button.

  5. If you have outstanding citations, you cannot register for a parking permit online.

  6. Please verify your login information.

  8. Select your current address or add a new one.

  9. In this example, we'll add a new address.   


    Click the Add button.

  10. Enter your new address.   If entering a dorm address, please use Building and Room fields.


    Complete all required fields (* indicates a required field).

  11. When you have completed the form, click the Add button.

  14. Select your current vehicle or add a new one.

  15. In this example, we'll add a new vehicle.


    Click the Add button.

  16. Enter your new vehicle information. 


    Complete all required fields (* indicates a required field).


    If a drop down does not contain your vehicle's information, select NOT LISTED.

  17. When the form is complete, click the Save button.

  18. Select the vehicle you wish to register.

  20. If you need to make changes to any information click the Main Menu button.

  21. From this page you can make changes to your Address or Vehicle information.


    Click the Request Faculty / Staff Parking Permit link to continue.

    Click Decal Type

    Select the item which best describes the decal type you are purchasing.   Permit eligibility will be reviewed at time of pickup.

    Select the appropriate Decal Type.


    In this example, we'll select $30.00 EMPLOYEE

  26. Click Payment Option

  27. Select the Payment:   CREDIT CARD (ONLINE ONLY)

  29. Verify your information:


    If everything is correct and you are ready to request your decal, click the Submit Transaction button.  Only click the button once.


    Have a printer ready to print your receipt.

  30. You will be taken to credit card processing to submit your credit card information.  Once you confirm your payment information at QuikPay, you will be automatically returned to the West Chester Parking Permit Receipt page at which time your transaction has been completed.


    In addition to your Parking Permit Receipt page, successful credit card payments will receive an email confirming payment.


    Note:  All fields are required.

  31. When you have completed the form, click the Continue button.

  32. Verify your Credit Card information is correct:


    To submit a payment, click the "Confirm" button

    To make changes, click the "Edit" button

    To cancel a payment, click the "Cancel" button

    Have a printer ready and click Print Receipt

Bring a copy of your printed receipt  along with your driver's license and vehicle registration to Public Safety, 690 South Church Street.
