Online Parking Permit Registration:   

 

 

These tutorials were designed to guide you through the online parking permit registration and payment process.  The tutorials will show you how to: 

 

Please review the Parking / Vehicle Regulations  before proceeding.


First year resident students are not eligible to purchase a parking permit.   They may purchase a semester pass for the New Street Parking Garage or apply for a Hardship Exception 


Those students and employees living within a 5 block radius of north campus may not purchase an employee or commuter student parking pass.  Those individuals are eligible for a Limited Permit only.  


If you have citations (parking tickets / violations) you cannot purchase a parking permit until you pay the amount due.  Citation payments are made at the Office of the Bursar, 25 University Ave, Room 50.

 

Refunds for permits purchased electronically will take 6 to 8 weeks to process. 

 

 

When selecting the credit card payment option, please do not close your internet browser before receiving and printing your Parking Permit Receipt. 

 

You will be taken to QuikPayasp.com credit card processing to submit your credit card information.   Once you confirm your payment information at QuikPay, you will then be automatically returned to the West Chester Parking Permit Receipt page at which time your transaction has been completed. 

 

In addition to your Parking Permit Receipt page, successful credit card payments will receive an email confirming payment. 

 

 


Please wait seven (7) days before picking up your permit.
