How to Change Slide Format

In this topic, you will learn how to format master slides in PowerPoint 2010.



  1. From the menu ribbon, select the View tab.

  2. Click the Slide Master button.

  3. You can define the formatting for all slides at once, so the format will be consistent on all slides.



    Click the Slide Master to make changes.

  4. Click Fonts.

  5. Select the desired font.   In this example, select Office Classic.

  6. Click the Themes button.

  7. Select the desired Theme.   In this example, select Concourse.

  8. Click the Close Master View button when you are finished.

  9. Click the Thumbnails pane.


    The attributes have been applied to all slides in the presentation.
