Display Leave Balances


In this topic, you will learn how to display your leave types and their balances.


  1. Click the Employee Self-Service tab.

  2. Click the Leave & Time tab.

  3. Click the Display Leave Balances link.

  4. The chart shows your Absence Type; Earned Leave; Used Leave; Future Approved and Available Balances.

  5. Click the Back link to return to the Leave and Time main page.
