Events Tab


In this topic, you will learn about the Events tab.


  1. Click the Events tab.

  2. Click the search field.

  3. Enter your search criteria.   In this example, we'll enter ADC STAFF MEETING (not case sensitive).

  5. List view shows current and future dates for the ADC Staff Meeting.


    Right-click the event name.

  6. Select a view for opening the item, or to edit / email the item.


    In this example, we'll select Details.

  9. Click this icon to edit the event.

  13. Starring Items:


    "Starred" Events, Locations, and Resources allow quick access to information on the items you work with regularly.


    Click to 'star' this event.

  19. Click a column header to sort the event using that criterion.

  20. Click the arrow to sort in ascending / descending order.

    Click to turn a column on or off.

  28. Click the tab to change to Calendar view.

  30. By default, the calendar shows the current week starting today, but you can modify the dates.


    Click to select a start and end date.  If present, use the arrows to shift the date back or forward.

  31. Select the Start and End dates.  Then click Update Calendar.

  32. You can Enforce a Date Range Interval from 1 day to 90 days.

  38. Click the the Refresh button.  25Live does not refresh automatically.
