Check the Status of an Event


In this topic, you will learn how to check the status of an event request.


Steps:

  1. While signed-in to 25 LIVE, click the  Events tab.

  2. Click the Pre-Defined Event Searches tab.

  3. Within the Pre-Defined Groups list, click Events You Have Requested.

  4. Click Run.

  5. From the List tab, click the Event Name.

  6. The status of the request is shown in the Event Details box as well as under the Assignment heading within the Event Occurrences box.

     

    Gray shapes indicate a pending assignment.   Colored shapes indicate approved assignments.

  7. Click Home
