Setting Up Organization Groups



  1. Begin by navigating to the Organization Group Table page.


    Click the Campus Community link.

  2. Click the Organization link.

  3. Click the Define Organization Data link.

  4. Click the Organization Group Table link.

  5. Click the Add a New Value tab.

  6. Click the Organization Group Type list.

  7. Click the Magnet School list item.

  8. Click in the Organization Group Code field.

  9. Enter the desired information into the Organization Group Code field. Enter

     a valid value

  10. Click the Add button.

  11. Use the Organization Group Table page to define organization group types and associate them with group codes.

  12. Use the Effective Date field to enter the date from which this group is valid. It defaults to the current system date, but can be modified if necessary. To ensure this value is available for all possible records, use a date far in the past.


    Enter the desired information into the Effective Date field. Enter

     a valid value

  13. The Status can be either Active or Inactive.

  14. Click in the Description field.

  15. Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter

     a valid value
     "Justice and Law"

  16. Click in the Short Description field.

  17. Enter the desired information into the Short Description field. Enter

     a valid value

You have successfully created an organization group.
