Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Org Communication Summary page.
Click the Campus Community link.
Step 1Click the Communications link.
Step 2Click the Org Communication Summary link.
Step 3Enter the desired information into the External Org ID field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 5Use the Org Communication Summary page to search for and review a summary of communications to or from an organization.
Step 6You can further narrow your search by specifying values in the fields in the Selection Criteria region. In this example, you want to view all records associated with Cottonwood High School; therefore, you need not further narrow your search.
Click the Search button.
Step 7All the communications associated with Cottonwood High School are displayed in the Search Results region.
Use the General Info tab to determine information about each primary communication—the method, letter code, direction, function, assign date/time, and date completed.
Step 8The Process Used field indicates if the recipient's information is in the Recipients - Letter Gen Process or the Recipients - Comm Gen Process tab.
Step 9Click the Letter Details tab.
Step 10Use the Letter Details tab to determine supplemental information about the communication—if there were enclosures and the enclosure letter codes and descriptions; and the category and context for the communication.
Step 11You can click the Recipients -Letter Gen Process and Recipients -Comm Gen Process tabs to review recipient information for each communication.
Step 12Click the Edit link for any of the rows to open the communication in the Organization Communication page, where it can be edited.
Step 13Click the View link for any of the rows to open the communication in the Org Communication Detail page, which displays a view-only version of the same information that can be seen in the Organization Communication page.
Step 14You have successfully viewed a communication summary for an organization.
