Defining Appointment Enrollment Limits

Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Appointment Limits Table page.

     

    Click the Records and Enrollment link.

  3. Click the Appointments link.

  4. Click the Appointment Limits Table link.

  5. Enter the desired information into the Academic Institution field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "GLAKE"

  6. Click the Academic Career list.

    Step 6
  7. Click the Graduate list item.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Search button.

  9. Use the Appointment Limits Table page to define appointment limit IDs and the full-time and part-time maximum unit limits for each session of a term at your academic institution.

     

    You should define a separate appointment limit ID for each group at your academic institution that has varied enrollment unit restrictions.

  10. Enter the desired information into the Appointment Limit ID field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "GRD1"

  15. Click in the Full Time Max No GPA Units field.

  16. Enter the maximum number of units that a full-time student can enroll in with a non-GPA grading basis during the specified enrollment appointment.

     

    Enter the desired information into the Full Time Max No GPA Units field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "3"

  17. Click in the Full Time Max Audit Units field.

  18. Enter the maximum number of units that a full-time student can audit during the specified enrollment appointment.

  20. Enter the maximum number of wait-list units that a full-time student can take during the specified enrollment appointment.
