Begin by navigating to the Credit Card Processing page.
Click the Student Financials link.Step 1

You can run this process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.
Click the Add a New Value tab.Step 6
A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter
Click the Add button.Step 8
Use the Credit Card Processing page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.Step 9
Click in the SF Merchant ID field.Step 10
Enter the SF Merchant ID whose transactions you want to process. In this case, you want to process transactions for all SF credit card centers.
Enter the desired information into the SF Merchant ID field. Enter
Use the Service Request group box to select your processing options.
You can: authorize and settle credit card transactions that have not yet been authorized for the merchant ID selected; settle transactions that have been authorized but not settled; or credit the accounts of students whose transactions have been refunded, voided, or reversed.Step 12

Select All to process credit card transactions from all sources using the same SF Merchant ID.Step 15
Select Admissions to process credit card transactions from admissions offices.
You must then also specify an Academic Institution and Application Center.Step 16
Select Cashiering to process credit card transactions from cashiering offices.
You must then also specify a Business Unit and Cashier’s Office.Step 17
Select Self Service to process credit card transactions from self-service sources.
You must then also specify an Institution Set.
Click the Self Service option.Step 18
Click in the Institution Set field.Step 19
Enter the desired information into the Institution Set field. Enter
Select Transaction Report to create a file logging all of the transactions affected by the batch process.Step 21
Select Re-Post Self Service Errors to post any transactions that previously failed to post due to setup or system errors.Step 22
At this point, you would continue to run the Credit Card Processing batch process just as you would any other PeopleSoft Enterprise Process Scheduler process.
