Posting Grades for Multiple Classes



  1. Begin by navigating to the Grade Post page.


    Click the Curriculum Management link.

  2. Click the Grade Post link.

  3. You can run this process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.


    Click the Add a New Value tab.

  4. A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.


    Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter

     a valid value

  5. Click the Add button.

  6. Use the Grade Post page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.

  7. Click in the Term field.

  8. Enter the desired information into the Term field. Enter

     a valid value

  9. Click the Session list.

  10. Click the Regular list item.

  11. Click in the End Date field.

  12. The End Date is usually the last day of the session that has been entered.


    Enter the desired information into the End Date field. Enter

     a valid value

  13. Click in the Academic Organization field.

  14. Note that you can also run the Grade Post process for multiple departments.


    Enter the desired information into the Academic Organization field. Enter

     a valid value

  15. At this point, you would continue to run the Grade Post process just as you would any other PeopleSoft Enterprise Process Scheduler process.

You have successfully posted grades for multiple classes.


After you post grades for the term, you can view student grades and term statistics on the Student Grade Inquiry and Term Statistics pages.
