Begin by navigating to the Entity Group Table and Condition Table Reports page.
Click the Academic Advisement link.Step 1

Click the Miscellaneous Reports link.Step 3
You can run this report/process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.
Click the Add a New Value tab.Step 4
A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter

Use the Entity Group Table and Condition Table Reports page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the report/process is run.Step 7
The As of Date identifies which effective-dated row to use for the reports.
You can accept the current system date or override it, but you must have an As of Date to run the reports.Step 8
At this point, you would continue to run the Entity Group and Condition Table Reports process just as you would any other PeopleSoft Enterprise Process Scheduler process.

At any time on the same day that you run a report process, you can access Report Manager to view the report.
Report Manager and its pages are described in the Running Reports module.

Click the Condition Table Report link.Step 12
The Condition Table Report opens in a new browser window.
Click the Maximize/Restore button.Step 13
The Condition Table Report lists all of the dynamic conditions for the institution based on the as of date that you entered.Step 14
After reviewing the Condition Table Report, close the browser window.
Click the Close button.Step 15
Click the Entity Group Table Report link.Step 16
The Entity Group Table Report opens in a new browser window.
Click the Maximize/Restore button.Step 17
The Entity Group Table Report lists all of the entity groups for the institution based on the as of date that you entered.Step 18
After reviewing the Entity Group Table Report, close the browser window.
Click the Close button.Step 19
You can click the Go back to Miscellaneous Reports link to return to the run control processing page.Step 20
You have successfully generated and viewed the Condition Table Report and Entity Group Table Report.
