Begin by accessing the Transcript Request Header page.

Use the Transcript Request Header page to select the type of transcript you want to process and set general parameters for the request.Step 4
The system assigns the Report Request Nbr (number) when you submit the request.Step 5

You want to request an undergraduate official transcript.

Use the Transcript Request Detail page to enter the IDs that you want to process and the number of copies you want to create, then run the Flexible Transcript Generation process.Step 9

You can click the Send To button to specify an address to which to send a student's transcript.Step 12
Click this button when you are ready to submit the request for processing. An Application Engine process commences. When the process is complete, the system displays the View Report link next to the student's ID.
If no View Report link appears, access the Report Messages page to investigate what went wrong during the process.

The system opens a new window and displays report contents in a PDF file.Step 15
After you have reviewed or printed the report, close the window to return to the page.

Use the Report Messages page to review messages about any problems the system encounters while processing the transcript request.Step 18
Make sure that no errors occurred during the processing of your transcript request. Then save the page.
