Unmatriculating a Student


Concept


Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Student Program page.

     

    Click the Records and Enrollment link.

  2. Click the Student Program/Plan link.

  3. For this example, you want to enter the ID for Susan Bressler.

     

    Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "0055"

  4. Access the Student Program page.

     

    Click the Search button.

  5. Use the Student Program page in Correct History mode to revoke admissions and thereby unmatriculate a student.

  6. Click the Correct History button.

  7. Click the Add Row button.

  8. Click in the Program Action field.

    Step 8
  9. To reverse matriculation, you must enter the code for Admission Revocation.

     

    Enter the desired information into the Program Action field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "ADRV"
    .

  10. Click the Save button.

    Step 10
  11. When you revoke the program admission and click Save, the system deletes all Program Action rows and sequences, including the original Application row, from this component for the individual.

     

    However, the applicant record still exists, and the Program Action rows still exist on the individual's Application Program Data page, with the most recent Program Action of Admission Revocation.

Congratulations! You successfully unmatriculated a student.
