Entering Electronic Addresses



  1. Begin by navigating to the Electronic Addresses page.


    Click the Campus Community link.

  2. Click the Personal Information link.

  3. Click the Biographical link.

  4. Click the Electronic Addresses link.

  5. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value

  6. Click the Search button.

  7. Use the Electronic Addresses page to enter or review an individual's email address and URL data.

  8. In this example, you want to add email information for John's campus address.


    Click the Add button.

  9. Click the Email Type list.

  10. Click the Campus list item.

  11. Click in the Email Address field.

  12. Enter the desired information into the Email Address field. Enter

     a valid value

  13. Select the Preferred check box to indicate the individual's preferred email address, which is the one to use first when contacting this individual. You may select only one preferred email address for an individual.


    For this example, you want the campus address to be the preferred address.


    Click the Preferred option.

You have successfully entered an electronic address for an individual.
