Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Meeting Template page.
Click the Campus Community link.
Step 1Click the Campus Event Planning link.
Step 2Click the Event Template link.
Step 3Enter the desired information into the Event Type field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 5Use the Meeting Template page to identify meetings that comprise that event type.
Step 6In the Event Mtg field, the system enters the next sequential number for each meeting that you add. You can override the number to reorder the list of meetings. When you return to the page, the meetings will be in the specified order.
Step 7Click in the Description field.
Step 8Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter
Click in the Short Desc field.
Step 10Enter the desired information into the Short Desc field. Enter
In the Campus Meeting Type field, select the meeting type that best describes this meeting.
Click the Campus Meeting Type list.
Step 12Click the Fair list item.
Step 13Click the Meeting Resource Template tab.
Step 14Use the Meeting Resource Template page to assign resources that are required for each meeting in the event.
Step 15In this example, you are going to assign resource codes for 20 tables and 2 banners.

Click in the Number of Resources field.
Step 17Enter the desired information into the Number of Resources field. Enter
Click the Add Row button.
Step 19Enter the desired information into the Resource Code field. Enter
Click in the Number of Resources field.
Step 21Enter the desired information into the Number of Resources field. Enter
Click the Meeting Staff Template tab.
Step 23Use the Meeting Staff Template page to designate the type of staff for each meeting in the event.
Step 24In this example, you are going to assign 10 academic advisors to the event.
Enter the desired information into the Staff Code field. Enter
Click in the Nbr Staff Required field.
Step 26Enter the desired information into the Nbr Staff Required field. Enter
Click the Save button.
