Entering Relations with Institutions



  1. Begin by navigating to the Relations with Institution page.


    Click the Campus Community link.

  2. Click the Personal Information link.

    Step 2
  3. Click the Biographical link.

  4. Click the Relations with Institution link.

    Step 4
  5. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value

    Step 5
  6. Click the Search button.

    Step 6
  7. Use the Relations with Institution page to indicate current and past relationships for an individual as they relate to your institution.


    Note that PeopleSoft Enterprise Contributor Relations Solutions uses the abbreviations on this page in the contributor relations search.


    In this example, the individual is currently an alumni, and was previously a student and employee.

  8. Click the Currently Is A(n) option.

    Step 8
  9. Click the Has Been A(n) option.

    Step 9
  10. Click the Has Been A(n) option.

  11. Select the Manual Maintenance check box to indicate that this relationship (current or past as appropriate) should be maintained manually and not used or changed by mass change or any other automatic process.

  12. Click the Save button.

You have successfully entered relationships with an institution for an individual.
