Reviewing Student Transcript Request History


Concept


Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Transcript Request Inquiry page.

     

    Click the Records and Enrollment link.

  2. Click the Transcripts link.

  3. Click the Transcript Request Inquiry link.

    Step 3
  4. Use the Transcript Request Inquiry page to list all of the transcript requests for a specific student.

    Step 4
  5. Select this check box to search for dynamically created transcripts only.

     

    Click the Flexible Transcript option.

  6. Click the Transcript Type list.

    Step 6
  7. You want to search for all transcript requests, regardless of type.

     

    Click the blank list item.

  8. Click in the Student ID field.

  9. Enter the desired information into the Student ID field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "SR0404"
    .

  10. Click the Search button.

  11. The system displays transcript requests that meet the selection criteria you selected.

  12. Click the Additional Information tab.

    Step 12
  13. The Additional Information tab displays more details, if available, about the student's transcript request history.

You have successfully reviewed a student's transcript request history.
