Use the School Subject Maintenance page to enter subject areas offered by the school and relate them to subject areas that your institution offers.Step 7
Use the School Subject field to enter the subject offered by your institution for which you want to track the equivalent subject at an external school.
Click in the School Subject field.Step 8
Enter the desired information into the School Subject field. Enter
Specify the date from which the subject will be valid. By default, the effective date is set to the current system date.

The Status can be either Active or Inactive.Step 12

Use the External Subject Area field to enter the broad external subject area, from the External Subject Table page, that encompasses this subject at your institution.
