Begin by navigating to the Enrollment Verification Request page.

Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

Use the Enrollment Verification Req page to enter the content of a student’s enrollment verification request, and to view the history of a student’s enrollment verification requests.Step 5
Click in the From Term field.Step 6

Click in the To Term field.Step 8
The system populates the To Term based on the From Term field value. However, you can change this value.Step 9
Click the Address tab.Step 10
Use the Address page to enter the destination address of the enrollment verification and the number of copies to be sent. You can direct each request to multiple recipients and addresses. For each recipient, either enter a free-form address or select existing address information already stored in the system.Step 11
Click the Send to Requestor option.Step 12
Click the Address Type list.Step 13
Click the Permanent list item.Step 14
The Verify Address page appears, where you can review or modify address information on file.Step 15
Click the OK button.Step 16
Click the Notes tab.Step 17
Use the Notes page to add an optional free-form message to be included on the student’s printed enrollment verification report. The message can be unique to each recipient of the report.Step 18
Click the Enrollment Verification Req tab.Step 19
Click the Print button to process the request immediately and send the report directly to your default printer. All of the student’s academic careers appear on the same report, listed separately by term.
Click the Print button.Step 20
You have completed the enrollment verification request.
