Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Pending To Bill Items page.
Click the Student Financials link.
Step 1Click the Bill Customers link.
Step 2Click the Pending To Bill Items link.
Step 3You want to view pending items for Terry Seward, whose student ID is SFTRN035.
Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 5Use the Pending To Bill Items page to review items pending in a student's account.
Step 6After you have reviewed the pending items for a student, navigate to the Billing Request 1 page.
Click the Create Billing Request link.
Step 7You want to create a new billing request for Terry.
Click the Add a New Value tab.

Step 9You want to create a bill for one ID, which has a Bill By Option code of Y.

You use virtually the same pages and steps to create corporate billing requests, on the Corp Billing Request - Billing Request 1 and Billing Request 2 pages.
Step 12You want to create a student bill, with a code of BIL1.

Click the Billing Request 2 tab.

If you select the Generate Invoice option, the system generates and stores the bill, but does not print an invoice when you click the Generate Invoice button.
Step 34If you select the Generate & Print Bill option, the system generates a bill and prints an invoice when you click the Generate Invoice button.
Step 35The Override Address Info check box affects only the printing of invoices that the system already generated. If you select this check box, the system ignores the address already associated with the bills and selects addresses to print according to the order selected in the Address Usage field.
Click the Override Address Info option.
Step 36Click the Generate Invoice button to run the billing process manually and generate bills. If you select the Bill One ID value when creating the request and select the Generate & Print Bill option, the system prints an invoice for the specified student.
Step 37Click the Save button.
