Begin by navigating to the Credit History page.

You can run this process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.

A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.

Use the Credit History page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.Step 8
Use the Credit History page to process customer history, including assigning aging sets and service indicator sets.Step 9
Use the Select Option group box to select how to run the Credit History process. You can run the process for:
• All of the students or organizations in the database with outstanding charges.
• A single student or external organization.
• A range of students or external organizations.
• Those students or external organizations that have had activity on their accounts since a given date.
• A predefined query group of select students by academic program.
The fields to the right of this group box change, depending on the option you select.Step 10
You want to run the Credit History process for a range of student IDs.

Select the Aging Set containing the aging categories to which you want to assign outstanding charges.

Select the Service Indicator Update check box to post a service indicator to the students' records.

At this point, you would continue to run the Credit History process just as you would any other PeopleSoft Enterprise Process Scheduler process.
