Enrolling Individual Students Without Enrollment Edits

Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Student Enrollment 1 page.

     

    Click the Records and Enrollment link.

  2. Click the Enroll Students link.

  3. Click the Enrollment link.

  4. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "SR12201"

  5. Click in the Term field.

  6. Enter the desired information into the Term field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "0590"

  7. Click the Search button.

  8. Use the Student Enrollment 1 page to enter class enrollment information by student, bypassing all enrollment rules and requirements. Saving this page posts the enrollment transaction to the student’s enrollment record.

  10. Enter the desired information into the Class Nbr field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "2386"

  16. Use the Term History link to access the Term History page where you can view all of a student’s term statistics for each term of the student’s academic career, withdraw the student from the specified term or session, and more.

  17. Use the Enrollment Summary link to access the Enrollment Summary page where you can view a summary of a student's enrollment information and term statistics.

  18. Click the Student Enrollment 2 tab.

  19. Use the Student Enrollment 2 page to view information about adds, drops, and other items for enrollment transactions processed through the Enrollment component.

  21. Use the Student Enrollment 3 page to add transcript notes and text to a student’s enrollment record for an enrollment transaction processed through the Enrollment component.

  23. Use the Student Enrollment 4 page to indicate options for requirement designations and assign an independent study instructor to enrollment transactions processed through the Enrollment component.

  24. Click the Last Enrollment Action tab.

  25. Use the Last Enrollment Action page to view information about the last enrollment action processed on a student's enrollment record through the Enrollment component. The page provides a basic audit trail of information about the most recent enrollment action.
