Begin by navigating to the Staff Codes page.

Click the Staff Code Table link.Step 3
Click the Add a New Value tab.Step 4
Enter the desired information into the Staff Code field. Enter

Use the Staff Codes page to identify and set up the types of staff for events, such as speakers, admissions counselors, tour guides, cooks, and servers.Step 7
Use the Effective Date field to enter the date from which this staff code is valid. It defaults to the current system date, but can be modified if necessary. To ensure this value is available for all possible records, use a date far in the past.
Enter the desired information into the Effective Date field. Enter
The Status can be Active or Inactive.Step 9
Click in the Description field.Step 10
Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter
Click in the Short Description field.Step 12
Enter the desired information into the Short Description field. Enter
Click the Save button.Step 14
You have successfully created a staff code.
