Viewing Person Event Summary



  1. Begin by navigating to the Person Event Summary page.


    Click the Campus Community link.

  2. Click the Campus Event Planning link.

    Step 2
  3. Click the Person Event Summary link.

  4. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value

  5. Click the Search button.

    Step 5
  6. Use the Person Event Summary page to review all of the events for which an individual is an attendee. This information is useful for viewing a summary of the individual's meeting schedule.

    Step 6
  7. Click the Meeting button to review the specific meetings that an individual is scheduled to attend at an event.


    Click the Meeting button.

    Step 7
  8. Use the Attendee Meetings page to identify the meetings to which an attendee is invited and the status of his or her attendance.

  9. Click the Return button.

    Step 9
  10. Click the Guest button to review all guests assigned to an individual for an event.

    Step 10

You have successfully viewed event summary information for an individual.
