A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter
Click the Add button.Step 5
Use the Advisement Group Summary page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the report/process is run.Step 6
The As of Date is the system's current date. You can override this date.Step 7
You can either enter a Requirement Group number or you can enter values in fields that you want to use for this report.
Each Requirement Group consists of detail lines pointing to conditions, courses, and requirements as well as parameters that include unit and course requirements for the Academic Career, Academic Program, Academic Plan, and Academic Sub-Plan associated with that group.Step 8
If you enter field values instead of a Requirement Group number, the system analyzes the each in hierarchical order and provides the next value.
For example, suppose that you enter an Academic Program, the appropriate Academic Career field value is automatically supplied by the system. If any of these fields are left blank, the report will contain all careers, programs, plans, and subplans that satisfy the search criteria.Step 9
For this example, you will enter a Requirement Group number.
Click in the Requirement Group field.Step 10
You want the report to display psychology requirements.

When you enter a Requirement Group number and leave the field, the remaining fields on the page become unnecessary and the system eliminates from the page.
