Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Student Attributes page.
Click the Records and Enrollment link.
Step 1Click the Student Program/Plan link.
Step 2Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter
Click the Academic Career list.
Step 4Click the Undergraduate list item.
Step 5Click the Search button.
Step 6Use the Student Program page to add an academic program to a student’s program stack, maintain the student’s academic program record, or execute program actions that update the student’s academic program record.
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Requirement Term field. Enter
Click the Student Attributes tab.
Step 9Use the Student Attributes page to track student attributes and values for students.
Step 10Enter the student attribute that you want to attach to the student for cohort tracking and reporting purposes.

Click in the Student Attribute Value field.
Step 12Enter the desired information into the Student Attribute Value field. Enter
Click in the Primacy field.
Step 14Enter the primacy number for this student attribute. If you enter the same student attribute more than once, the Consolidate Academic Statistics process writes the one with the lowest primacy number to the student’s consolidated statistics record.
Enter the desired information into the Primacy field. Enter
Click the Save button.
Step 16You have successfully tracked attributes for a student in the system.
