Before you can verify or update a student's degree data, you must first update the student's record to indicate that he or she has completed their program on the Program Action page.


After you have noted that their program is complete in the system, you can then access the Student Degrees page and update their degree information, including term of completion, final GPA, and any honors they have earned.
