Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Campus Meeting Details page.
Click the Campus Community link.
Step 1Click the Campus Event Planning link.
Step 2Click the Campus Meeting Details link.
Step 3Click in the Facility ID field.
Step 4Enter the desired information into the Facility ID field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 6Use the Campus Meeting Details page to review events by facility and meeting date.
Step 7In the Meeting Date field, enter the calendar date to review to determine if any meetings are scheduled for this facility. It defaults to the current system date.

Click the Search button to launch the search for meetings scheduled for the specified calendar date. If the system finds meetings scheduled for that date, it displays the data in the Campus Meeting Info scroll area at the bottom of the page.
Click the Campus Mtg button.
Step 9The system displays the results.
Step 10You have successfully viewed meeting information for a specific location.
