Begin by navigating to the Bill Cancellation page.

You can run this process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the process may help you remember it for future use.

A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.

Use the Bill Cancellation page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.Step 7

The Run Option field determines whether the process cancels an entire group of bills or an individual bill.

In this example, you want to cancel an individual bill.

If you select the Run Option to cancel bills by invoice ID, the page changes:
The Billing Request Nbr field becomes unavailable.
The ID, External Org ID, and Invoice Number fields become available.Step 12

You can also use this page to cancel corporate bills by entering a company's External Org ID instead.Step 15

The system populates the Invoice Number field with a student's billing invoice. However, you can look up and select a different bill to cancel.Step 17
