Assigning and Maintaining Appointments for Individual Students



  1. Begin by navigating to the Student Enrollment Appointment page.


    Click the Records and Enrollment link.

  2. Click the Term Processing link.

  3. Click the Student Enrollment Appointment link.

  4. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Enter

     a valid value

  5. Click the Academic Career list.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Graduate list item.

  7. Click in the Academic Institution field.

  8. Enter the desired information into the Academic Institution field. Enter

     a valid value

  9. Click in the Term field.

    Step 9
  10. Enter the desired information into the Term field. Enter

     a valid value

  11. Click the Search button.

  12. Use the Student Enrollment Appointment page to assign enrollment appointments on a student-by-student basis.


    You can also use this page after you've run the Assign Students Appointment process to verify that a student’s appointments has indeed been scheduled and to edit a student’s appointment as necessary.

  13. Click in the Appt Block field.

  14. Enter the desired information into the Appt Block field. Enter

     a valid value

  18. Notice that when you click in another field after entering an appointment number, the system populates the appointment details.

You have manually assigned an enrollment appointment to a student.
