Begin by navigating to the Criteria page.

In this example, you want to add a constant value in the Menu Name criteria.

Use the Select a Constant page to add a constant value.Step 11

Note that a list of constants is available only for fields that have translate values or an assigned prompt table.Step 13
Select the value that you want from the result list by clicking its associated link.
If you are working with a date field, you can select a date/constant from a calendar.
Click the APPLICATION ENGINE link.Step 14
The Select a Constant page appears again with the selected value in the field.
If more than one field exists on this page, you must repeat selecting each field to further narrow your search for the constant.Step 15

The Edit Criteria Properties page appears with the selected value in the Define Constant section.Step 17
