File types are identified based on the file extensions. The Distribution Agent uses the file type to determine how a specific file type will be transferred to the Report Repository using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or HTTP. Also, the file type determines the description that appears in the Report Manager.

    Step 21
  22. Select System File to mark this file type as a system file. The file will be available to be viewed in the Process Monitor, regardless of output type.

System files will only be transferred to the report repository if the Process Scheduler server definition has the attribute Transfer System Files to the Report Repository selected.

    Step 22

You have completed the Defining System Settings procedure.
