Adding a Recurrence Definition

Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Recurrence Definition search page.

     

    Click the PeopleTools link.

  2. Click the Process Scheduler link.

  3. Click the Recurrences link.

  4. Use the Add a New Value tab to add a new Recurrence definition.

     

    Click the Add a New Value tab.

  5. Us the Recurrence Name field to enter a name for the recurrence definition that describes the recurrence.

     

    You will add a definition for a weekly process that runs every Monday.

     

    Enter the desired information into the Recurrence Name field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "Weekly_Mon_9am"

  6. Click the Add button.

  7. Use the Recurrence Definition page to specify recurrence definitions.

  9. Clear all of the days except Monday.

     

    Click the Sunday option.
