Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Process Monitor.
Click the PeopleTools link.
Step 1Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 2Use the Process List page to monitor the process requests that you submit.
Step 3Use the User ID field to filter the process list by user ID. Usually, you will want to view the processes that you initiated. If you have the authority to view processes submitted by other users, you can select another user ID. Leave the User ID field blank to view all of the processes that you are authorized to view.
Step 4Use the Type field to view by a process type, such as Application Engine, Crystal, COBOL, SQR, or Application Engine processes.
Click the Type list.
Step 5You can select the process type to view.
Click the blank list item.
Step 6Use the Last fields to specify an interval of time by which to limit the process requests that appear in the list. Enter a custom numerical value in the field, and then select a unit type: Days, Hours, or Minutes.
Click in the Last field.
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Last field. Enter
Click the Interval list.
Step 9Click the Hours list item.
Step 10Use the Refresh button to check the current status of a submitted process or after changing the filter criteria.
Click the Refresh button.
Step 11Use the Server field to view processes that are run on a particular server. Blank shows all servers.
Step 12Use the Name field to view processes by a process name.
Note. You won't be able to select a value for this field until you select a process type.
Step 13Use the Run Status field to view processes by status, such as Success or Error.
Click the Run Status list.
Step 14Select the run status from the drop-down list.
To view all statuses, leave the Run Status field blank.
Click the blank list item.
Step 15Use the Distribution Status field to filter by distribution status, select the status from the drop-down list.
Click the Distribution Status list.
Step 16Select the distribution status from the list.
To view all distribution statuses, leave the field blank.
Click the blank list item.
