Working with Subqueries

Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Criteria page.

     

    Click the Reporting Tools link.

  4. In this example, you will select the CM_DIM_CTRL_TBL query.

     

    Click an entry in the Edit column.

  5. Click the Criteria tab.

  6. Use the Criteria page to view and edit selection criteria for your query statement.

  7. Use the Add Criteria button to access the Edit Criteria Properties page.

     

    Click the Add Criteria button.

  8. Use the Edit Criteria Properties page to add additional criteria.

  16. Use the Records page to select the records on which to base the new query or the subquery.

    You can also use this page to add additional records by performing joins.

  21. Use the Fields page to view how fields are selected for output; view the properties of each field; and change headings, order-by numbers, and aggregate values.
