Activating Service Operations



  1. Begin by navigating to the Service Operations search page.


    Click the PeopleTools link.

  2. Click the Integration Broker link.

  3. Click the Integration Setup link.

  4. Click the Service Operations link.

  5. Services are used to logically group a set of service operations. Use the Service Operation field to select a service operation by name.


    Click in the Service Operation field.

  6. All of the service operations for Report Manager begin with PSRF_.


    Enter the desired information into the Service Operation field. Enter

     a valid value

  7. Click the Search button.

  8. Click an entry in the Service Operation column.

  9. Use the Service Operations-General page to view general information about a service operation as well as the current status.

  10. The service operation must be active.


    Click the Active option.

  11. A Local-to-Local routing must exist.

  12. Click the Save button.
