Administering Reports



  1. Begin by navigating to the Report Manager-Administration page.


    Click the Reporting Tools link.

  3. Click the Administration tab.

  4. Use the Report Manager-Administration page to view reports, delete unwanted reports from the system and link to report details.

  5. Users assigned the roles of ReportDistAdmin or ReportSuperUser will use the Report Manager Administration page to:


    • Change the distribution list by adding or deleting a user or role ID.

    • Delete a report from Report Manager.

    • Alter the report’s expiration date.


    The difference between the administrator (ReportDistAdmin) and super user (ReportSuperUser) roles is that the administrator role can access and update any report in the Report Manager. The super user role can update only reports that they are authorized to view.

  6. Clear the User ID field to view reports for all users.


    Click in the User ID field.

  7. Press [Delete].

  8. Use the Last field to select the time interval to display.


    Click in the Last field.

  9. Enter the desired information into the Last field. Enter

     a valid value

  10. After changing the filter, use the Refresh button to display reports based on the filter.


    Click the Refresh button.

  11. To change the report expiration date, select the Details link for the report. Select the DDDAUDIT process instance 109.


    Click an entry in the Details column.

  12. Use the Report Detail page to change the expiration date and report distribution.

  13. The Expiration Date field displays that date this report will be purged. In this example, the system setting for retention days is set to 7, the expiration day is the date that the report was run plus 7.

  14. Select a new expiration date.


    Click the Calendar button.

  16. Use the minus icon to delete a user or role from the distribution.


    Click the Delete Row button.

  18. Use the plus icon to add users or roles to the distribution.


    Click the Add Row button.

  19. Click in the Distribution ID field.

  20. Enter the desired information into the Distribution ID field. Enter

     a valid value
