Begin by navigating to the
Process Scheduler Request page.
Click the PeopleTools link.Step 1

You can run this report/process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report/process may help you remember it for future use.
Click the Add a New Value tab.Step 3
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field. Enter

The Process Request Dialog page shows the run control ID that you selected or added for submitting your process request. It also includes links to Report Manager and Process Monitor so that you can check the progress of your job and view its content immediately after it is posted.Step 6
Click the Run button to access the Process Scheduler Request page.

The Process Scheduler Request page enables you to specify variables, such as where a process runs and in what format the process output is generated. You can also schedule reports to run at a specific time.Step 8
By default the run date is the current date. Use the Run Date field to future date the request.
Click the Calendar button.Step 9
Select the Run Date from the calendar.
Click the 5 link.Step 10
By default, the run time is the current time. Use the Run Time field to enter the time to run the process.
Click in the Run Time field.Step 11
Enter the desired information into the Run Time field. Enter
Use the Time Zone field to select the time zone for the run date and run time.
Click in the Time Zone field.Step 13

Use the scrollbar to move down the page.
Click the vertical scrollbar.Step 15
Select the process that you want to run.
Click the XRFRCFL option.Step 16
Select another process.

Use the Process Monitor link to view the status of the submitted processes.

The processes are queued.
Note: This process scheduler is on PST, so the time is 6 am.Step 20
