Steps:
Processes are secured by Process Groups.
You can define a new Process Group in the Process Definition.
In this example, the Process Group is TRALL.
Step 1Process Groups are defined in the Permission List on the Process page using the Process Group link.
In this example, the Process Group TRALL is included in the Permission List TR100.
Step 2The Permission List can be assigned to multiple roles.
In this example, the permission list TR100 is included in the role Training.
Step 3All users with the role will be able to run the process, as long as they have access to the component.
In this example, Student1 and Student2 have the role Training. These users are authorized to run the process Training1.
Step 4In summary, the user profile must contain a role that includes a permission list that includes the process group.
