Begin by opening an existing report using the Open button.

Use the Group Sort Expert dialog box to analyze and report the top or bottom groups or top or bottom percentages.Step 11
The tab title identifies the group field.
If you have more than one group, there is a tab for each group.Step 12
Use the For this group sort field to select the type of sort.Step 13

In this example, select the Top N option.

Use the based on field to select the summary field on which to base the group sort.
In this example, the

In this example, you sort groups by the top 10 customers with the highest training units.

Use the Include others, with the name field to include all fields that do not fit into the top or bottom selection under a specific group name.
Note that if you select this option and display the Group Name field, then the name that you specify will be the group name for all the other rows of data that are not in the top N groups.Step 20
Use the Include ties field to accommodate groups whose summary values are equal.Step 21

Use the Save button to save reports.
