This lesson describes the procedures you follow for organizing data in Crystal Reports. The process of organizing data in Crystal Reports is different from that in PeopleSoft Query. In Crystal Reports, you sort data to place values in a logical order and group data to organize data into groups. This method of organizing data eases the process of finding information in a report.


This lesson also covers the common summary operations, use of running totals, and the creation of cross-tabs for a report.
