Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Event Details page in a collaborative workspace.
Click the Workspaces link.

Step 5Use the Event Details page to add or modify an event for a workspace calendar. The Event Details page enables you to specify the date, duration, and location of an event as well as add additional information in the form of file attachments, managed content, free-form text or HTML, and URLs.
In this example, you will create an all-day event, upload a file attachment relevant to the event, and send a notification to all calendar members.

In the calendar view, an icon appears with the title of the event identifying the meeting as lasting all day.
