The Collaborative Workspace Category Hierarchy page is used to manage the hierarchy of categories for organizing collaborative workspace templates and instances. When you create collaborative workspace templates and instances, you can optionally assign them a category that you have defined.

 

In addition, when you use the Manage Workspaces and Manage Templates pages, you can choose to search for, browse, and sort existing collaborative workspace templates and instances by category.

 

In this example, as the portal administrator, you will add a new category. Then, you will edit an existing category by moving it to a new folder.
